Here at Boho-Belle Emporium we aim to provide the best online shopping experience. Buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit, don’t suit or are not what you thought.
If you are not happy with your order simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt with an explanation of why the return is required.
If an item we have sent you is faulty or incorrect, we will pay for the return and replacement postage.
If you have had a change of mind or prefer another colour / size etc, you will have to pay the cost of returning the item to us.
Full price items can be returned for a store credit** or exchanged for another item as long as the item being returned is still in original condition, with tags.
Sale items are final and cannot be credited unless they are faulty or incorrect or an error has been made on our part.
Any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tag attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of wear as this may leave a scent or marks on the item.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches our office.
** Store credits are issued in the form of an online gift voucher/store credit that can be used towards future purchases from our online shop. A store credit must be redeemed within one month of being issued.
In case we cannot fill your first preference you have indicated as an exchange for an item (due to it being sold out or awaiting arrival) we will notify you of the situation by e-mail or alternatively via phone, whichever method you prefer. It would be helpful if you could indicate an alternate style and / or colour.
Orders of oversize / overweight items will be charged shipping according to the size, weight and destination.
